Richard Emperado is in Cebu City in the Phillipines. Richard directs a preaching school called M.O.S.E.S.(Mobile Outreach School of Evangelism & Shepherding) . M.O.S.E.S. brings classroom and practical training to those who cannot otherwise avail themselves of formal Bible college training. Its practical curriculum provides for training in discipleship, evangelism, and leadership, and is particularly suited for churches in rural areas.
